- 2 large sweet potatoes peeled and cubed
- 3 bell peppers sliced
- 1 large red onion sliced
- 2-3 tablespoon avocado oil dived
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon galic powder
- teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
Ground Beef
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- water as directed in packet

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
