Ingredients
  

  • ½ Large Watermelon Seedless
  • 5 Limes juiced
  • 1 lime sliced
  • ½ cup sugar or more to taste
  • 2 cups cold water for blending
  • 2-3 cups water for diluting

Instructions
 

  • Blend: In a blender, combine the watermelon chunks, lime juice from 5 limes, sugar, and 2 cups of cold water. Blend until smooth.
  • Strain (optional): If desired, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove pulp.
  • Dilute & Chill: Pour the blended juice into a large pitcher. Add 2 to 3 more cups of cold water, depending on how strong or light you like your agua fresca. Stir well and taste—adjust sweetness if needed.
  • Serve: Add ice and lime slices to the pitcher or individual glasses. Serve chilled and enjoy!
