A refreshing and easy Mexican agua fresca made with juicy watermelon, fresh lime juice, and a touch of sugar. Perfect for cooling off on hot summer days—ready in minutes with just a blender

- ½ Large Watermelon Seedless
- 5 Limes juiced
- 1 lime sliced
- ½ cup sugar or more to taste
- 2 cups cold water for blending
- 2-3 cups water for diluting
Blend: In a blender, combine the watermelon chunks, lime juice from 5 limes, sugar, and 2 cups of cold water. Blend until smooth.
Strain (optional): If desired, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove pulp.
Dilute & Chill: Pour the blended juice into a large pitcher. Add 2 to 3 more cups of cold water, depending on how strong or light you like your agua fresca. Stir well and taste—adjust sweetness if needed.
Serve: Add ice and lime slices to the pitcher or individual glasses. Serve chilled and enjoy!
