This Strawberry Chia Pudding is a quick, healthy breakfast made with fresh strawberries, Greek yogurt, and chia seeds. It’s creamy, naturally sweetened, and perfect for meal prep or busy mornings.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 10 fresh strawberries
  • ½ cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 ½ cups milk of choice
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Divide the chia seeds:Add 2 tablespoons of chia seeds to each of three glass containers or jars with lids.
  • Blend the strawberry mixture:In a blender, combine strawberries, Greek yogurt, almond milk, and maple syrup. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour and mix: Evenly divide the strawberry mixture among the three containers with chia seeds. Stir well to ensure the seeds are fully incorporated into the liquid.
