This Strawberry Chia Pudding is a quick, healthy breakfast made with fresh strawberries, Greek yogurt, and chia seeds. It’s creamy, naturally sweetened, and perfect for meal prep or busy mornings.

- 6 tablespoon chia seeds
- 10 fresh strawberries
- ½ cup plain greek yogurt
- 1 ½ cups milk of choice
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
Divide the chia seeds:Add 2 tablespoons of chia seeds to each of three glass containers or jars with lids.
Blend the strawberry mixture:In a blender, combine strawberries, Greek yogurt, almond milk, and maple syrup. Blend until smooth.
Pour and mix: Evenly divide the strawberry mixture among the three containers with chia seeds. Stir well to ensure the seeds are fully incorporated into the liquid.
Chill overnight: Seal the containers and place them in the fridge overnight (or at least 6 hours) to let the pudding set and thicken.
Top and enjoy: The next day, give each jar a quick stir and top with extra Greek yogurt, fresh berries, and a drizzle of honey before serving.
