Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups sprouted oats
  • 2 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 cups milk of choice
  • ΒΌ cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup

For Topping (next day)

  • 1 cup berries
  • 2 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • honey drizzle

Instructions
 

  • Mix the BaseIn a large bowl or container, combine the oats, chia seeds, milk, Greek yogurt, and maple syrup. Stir well until fully mixed.
  • Chill OvernightCover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight, allowing the oats and chia seeds to absorb the liquid
  • ServeIn the morning, give the oats a good stir. Divide into 4 bowls or jars. Top each serving with berries, a sprinkle of hemp seeds, and a drizzle of honey.Enjoy cold straight from the fridge or let it sit out for a few minutes to take the chill off.
